What we collect. When you join the early-access waitlist: your email address, your first name if you give it, when you signed up, the page you signed up on, and any campaign tags in the link you followed. When you contact us: your name, email address and message. Our website also collects some technical information automatically (see our Cookies notice).
Why. To manage the waitlist, send you one email confirming your sign-up, send your invite, reply to you and, only if you ticked the box, send you occasional news. We also use sign-up numbers in aggregate, for example to say how many people are on the list.
If you don't give us your email, we can't add you to the waitlist or reply to you.
Who sees it. Our team and the service providers who store the list and send our emails: our database host, which holds the waitlist, our email provider and our website host Vercel. We do not sell or share your details with anyone for their own marketing.
Unsubscribing. Our news and update emails have an unsubscribe link. The sign-up confirmation does not, but you can email us at hello@finsplore.io to be removed from the waitlist entirely.
Your rights. You can ask to see or correct your details, or to be removed, and you can complain about how we have handled them. Our Privacy policy explains how, and how we deal with complaints. You can also contact the OAIC (oaic.gov.au, 1300 363 992).
