Finsplore Connect, coming soon
Connect ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Copilot, Claude or any AI assistant to your finances.
Finsplore Connect, coming soon, will let an AI assistant you already use, such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Copilot, Claude or any app that supports the Model Context Protocol (MCP), read your Finsplore data and suggest changes.
What is Finsplore Connect?
Finsplore Connect is how the AI assistants you already use work with your Finsplore data. It uses the Model Context Protocol (MCP), the open standard most AI apps now use to connect to other services, so one connection works with many assistants.
- Read-only. It cannot move money.
- You choose the permissions.
- Every change waits for you.
- Disconnect at any time.
Finsplore is read-only and cannot move your money, and what an assistant tells you is general information, not financial advice.
Built for the assistants you already use.
Each of these supports the Model Context Protocol, so one Finsplore connection works in all of them.

When can I use Finsplore Connect?
Finsplore Connect is coming soon. It is switching on after we finish updating our privacy policy for it. Join the waitlist and we will tell you when it is available for your account.
Can an AI assistant move my money?
No. Finsplore is read-only and cannot move money or make payments, and no assistant can change that.
Can an assistant change or delete things without asking me?
Not by default. Every change waits for your approval in Finsplore. You can turn approval off for everyday changes to a single item, but deleting things, changing many items at once and changing accounts always wait for you.
Can an assistant delete my account?
No. There is no way for an assistant to delete your account or erase all your data.
What does the assistant get to see, and where does it go?
Only what you permit: for example your accounts, transactions, budgets, goals and net worth. Once it reaches the assistant it is handled under that company's terms and may be stored outside Australia, so check the assistant's own privacy settings. Finsplore shows this before you approve a connection, and our privacy policy explains how we handle it. Open banking (CDR) data is not shared with assistants.
How do I see what an assistant did, or disconnect it?
Finsplore keeps an activity log of every request, and you can revoke any assistant in Settings. It stops on its very next request.
Is what the assistant tells me financial advice?
No. Finsplore and the assistants you connect give general information only. It does not consider your objectives, financial situation or needs. For advice on your situation, speak with a licensed professional.
